Andre was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 2, 1986 to Clayton Allen Mitchell and (the late) Denise Randolph. Growing up, he was such a happy child full of life and excitement; he really enjoyed making everyone around him smile and laugh. Andre grew up alongside his only sibling, his younger sister, Onyee Carter. Those two were inseparable and were always getting into mischief. Andre‘s mother, Denise Randolph became very ill in the early stages of his life. Shortly after, Andre and his sister were raised by his maternal grandparents, Al Randolph and the late Eleanor Jean Johnson. Andre attended South County technical high school where he graduated with a certificate in machine and received his diploma from Roosevelt High School in St Louis, Missouri. Andre Mitchell moved to Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 26. Little did he know that he soon would meet the love of his life, Lacy Mitchell. As their family grew, they moved to Kearney, Nebraska to start their lives together marrying on Oct 7, 2017. They raised 6 beautiful children together. Having a family of his own was one thing he had prayed for for everything else would follow. Dre was the beloved husband of Lacy R. Mitchell (nee Molina); cherished father of Isabella Molina, Able Molina, Brooklyn Mitchell, Maurice Mitchell, Aiyana Mitchell and Ezekiel Mitchell; dear son of Clayton Mitchell and Denise Randolph; dear grandson of Al Randolph and Elenor Johnson, who helped raise him, and Rita Mitchell; dearest brother of Onyee Carter; dear nephew of Charlotte Jung and Eldridge Mitchell; dear son-in-law of Fred “Pops” and Mary Molina; dear brother-in-law of Justin (Cecilia) Molina and Manuel (Gina) Molina; dear uncle of Justin, Seith, Isaac, Olivia, Adreyan, Jadynn and Oaklyn; dear nephew, cousin and friend. Dre was employed at Eaton Corporation. Dre loved his family and friends. He was loyal, honest and generous. He was Lacy's rock and protector. He enjoyed X-Box, basketball, football, tumbling for the kids, The Simpsons, Rick and Morty, Martin, Dave Chapel to name a few. He had a remarkable ability to quote movies and "one-liner's". Dre will be forever missed for the love and joy he shared in his short time with us. Dre was preceded in death by his mother Denise Randolph and his grandmother Eleanor Johnson.
